Welcome
We are a small community not far from the city of Flat Rock, Hendersonville, and Asheville but it feels like a world away. Each of our unique cabins are designed to help you feel at home while also allowing you to relax and unwind in the peaceful environment created by two spring fed lakes.

About Us
Rooms
Most of our individual cottages are one bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and Carolina rooms so you can enjoy the great outdoors without being exposed to the elements. We do have one cottage with two bedrooms and one bath. Each cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and screened in porch (Carolina Room). Our cottages are like a mini home-away-from-home.
Amenities
We offer high speed internet and basic TV in each cabin, so you can still stay in touch, stream movies, or work while you are away. We also offer a guest laundry and several hiking trails around the property. We supply coffee makers, hair dryers and simple but complete kitchens, Air conditioning units are provided in each cottage to keep you pleasantly cool when the weather gets hot.
Rates
Our one bedroom one bath units are $140.00 a night including tax; we do provide discounts for month long stays. There is a $55 cleaning fee per stay. We also charge a pet fee if you want to bring a dog; maximum two dogs per cottage (we reserve the right to limit overall dog population; email to see if we have room for yours)
