Creating Community in the hills of WNC

What does community mean to you? To us it means that we know our neighbors, that we band together as a community to help one another and care for our mutual environment. We think it is important to be inclusive, kind, and respectful. We think it is important to have a safe environment to thrive in, and  to take pride in where you live. Our goal is to  create a community of love and acceptance surrounded by the beauty of nature in a safe and enjoyable location. If you want more than just a place to rest your head, more than just a place to live, but a place that you can belong to as part of a community - then this may be an opportunity for both of us to create a better vision of our future...

Most of our individual cottages are one bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and Carolina Rooms (screened porches) so you can enjoy the great outdoors without being exposed to the elements; we also have 3 cottages with two bedrooms and two baths. Each cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and screened in porch (Carolina Room). Our cottages are cozy homes in the mountains with gorgeous views of nature and beautiful walking trails. Close to the Green River and offering community amenities such as the fire circle/bbq area and several park benches hidden around the parklike setting. Each cottage is heated and cooled by a mini-split system;  cottages are all electric. We also offer an on-site laundry and several hiking trails around the property.
